From that space, new insights emerge. Possibilities open. And healing becomes possible in ways the thinking mind alone can’t access.

Here is what to expect when we work together

Step 1: Free Clarity Call (15 Minutes)

We’ll talk about what you’re holding, what you’re seeking, and how breathwork, somatic experiencing, or a combination of the two might support you. You’ll leave with clarity, even if you’re not ready to book yet.

Step 2: Schedule Your First Session

We’ll schedule your first session. You can choose in-person (Denver area) or Zoom. I’ll help you set up your space if you need support.

Step 3: Get Started with Breathwork

I’ll guide you through a breathwork experience tailored to you, your pace, your needs, your energy. Together, we’ll create a safe space to drop beneath the surface and access a deeper state of awareness.

If you want breathwork to truly change your life, it’s not just about the session. You need to come in with intention, and walk away with a plan to apply what came up in your real, everyday life. That’s why when you work with me one-on-one, you also get...

Hi, I’m Avigail

After decades of teaching and mentoring, I realized how many of us are carrying unspoken pain, living disconnected from our truth, and just trying to get by.

I’m finding my own way to healing through Holotropic Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing/Self Regulation Training, and yoga, and it’s my joy to help others do the same.
